GENERAL CONSUMER LOAN DOCUMENTATION
APPLICATION MAY BE USED TO APPLY FOR ALL LOANS.* RETURN TO THE CREDIT UNION WITH THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AS APPLICABLE:
- A COPY OF MOST RECENT PAYSTUB (S) FOR EACH APPLICANT. FOR SELF-EMPLOYED
APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT RECEIVE A W-2 AT THE
END OF THE TAX YEAR, WE REQUIRE FULL COPIES OF THE PREVIOUS TWO YEARS TAX
RETURNS.
- VERIFICATION OF RENTAL INCOME. ACCEPTABLE VERIFICATION CAN BE A COPY OF THE
CURRENT LEASE(S) OR FULL COPIES OF THE PREVIOUS TWO YEARS TAX RETURNS.
- A COPY OF THE PURCHASE ORDER IF THIS IS A VEHICLE, BOAT, MOTORCYCLE OR
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE LOAN.
- A COPY OF AN ESTIMATE OR ESTIMATES OF IMPROVEMENTS TO BE DONE IF THIS IS A HOME
IMPROVEMENT LOAN.
*EXCEPT FIRST MORTGAGES, SECOND MORTGAGES, AND PLEDGE OF SHARE/CERTIFICATE
