All credit union members and their immediate families (including grandchildren) who plan to attend an accredited college or university are eligible to apply for the Carl J. Niedzial Memorial Scholarship via the Connecticut Community Foundation.  Applicants do not need to reside in the Foundation’s 21-town service area.

Scholarship applications are evaluated by a Credit Union scholarship committee and awarded on a competitive basis with consideration given to academic record, extracurricular activities, work experience, financial need, recommendation letters, and an essay.

February 17, 2025 (11:59pm)
For students who previously received a scholarship and want to renew for another year

March 17, 2025 (11:59 pm)
For new scholarship applicants
