Starting on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, an extra security feature is being added to your online and mobile banking login to safeguard your digital banking information. This new security feature helps reduce fraudulent activity and account takeovers.

How does the new security feature work?
When logging into your online or mobile banking (via your phone or computer) you will be asked to enter a 6-digit code which will be sent via SMS text or a voice phone call to you in order to complete the login process.

Update Your Phone Number
Please make sure your current phone number is updated in your online banking profile. Or contact us at 800-310-7728 and we can update it for you. This will ensure that you’ll receive the 6 digit code to authenticate your login.
